The series begins with a host of exciting adventures involving a musician and music teacher at a high-school preparatory school called Dewey. Dewey begins to create a new musical entity through the work of the rock band. The events begin with Summer, who became the band's songwriter but did not have any inspiration to create new ideas, and Dewey tries to prove his credibility in music composition and hard work by demanding to know the true music legend.
