In the ninth season, Colombo is asked to investigate the disappearance of Diane Hunter, director of a men's magazine, as it appears the case will be really mysterious. Now of course, the main suspect is her lover and co-editor Sean Brantley. Sean seems to be spending much time with the little girls he works with.
