During this period, it seems that the owner of a bull farm is going through his experience in Mexico while giving his workers a day off, then the man talks to enter into a deadly war and he is about to kill his son.
Columbo: The Complete Fifth Season maintains the high standard of previous years; the teleplays, direction, and performances are consistently several notches above practically everything else airing in prime time in the mid-1970s.
Aside from its upending of the series' formula, "Last Salute to the Commodore" features what may be [Peter] Falk's most outrageous performance as Columbo.
