Can the arrow ever been the ordinary Oliver Queen again? just when he thought the battle against crime has been minimized to the lowest level, a new enemy is born.
That said, good lord, is this week's episode superb. First, you have a wedding, then a Suicide Squad mission and then a confrontation between two Justice League legends.
I'm not following how this very sitcom-y device serves the story at large, but I'm so happy to see Diggle and Lyla take the plunge (again), I'll give Ray a pass on this one.
As soon as we move away from the wedding, "Suicidal Tendencies" is about as tough as an Arrow episode can get without actively imperiling the entire city.
It was great to see Palmer actually get in on the superhero side of things, even if his motivation was a little misguided, but pairing that with a watered-down Suicide Squad storyline just felt mismatched.
