Can the arrow ever been the ordinary Oliver Queen again? just when he thought the battle against crime has been minimized to the lowest level, a new enemy is born.
Tonight, with the debut of Al Sah-him, the identity war seems to have ended with the Arrow as the victor, and we finally get a glimpse of what an Oliver Queen-less world is like. Hint: It's got a lot more scowls.
"Al Sah-Him" may put all the pieces in place for the final string of episodes, but it also seems to be approaching this conclusion in a very predictable manner.
"Al Sah-him" is a decent episode of Arrow, and thinking about it now has helped me get the clearest take I've yet had on what it is this show is trying to do with its third season.
Still, it's fun to see Stephen Amell channeling his dark side without having to justify his actions or wrestle with those pesky interruptions from his conscience.
