The 31st season follows through more comedy where both Homer and Mike find themselves already chased by the mob. Meanwhile, the wrong man is arrested in Springfield during the San Castellaneta Street Festival. Now, Chief Wiggum is preparing to catch the real culprit.
It's a rare character-driven episode where jokes are secondary to the plot and it works... right up until the point where Todd's belief in God is unsatisfyingly restored.
