Sequel to the ongoing incident, Archie discovered a Vigilante group known as the Red circle, who may be approached to protect Riverdale High students. Meanwhile the coopers just received a comprehensive letter of the shooting.
Riverdale's intent is an not exploitative one because this is a show that out of the gate has been pro-female, with the women characters often light years ahead of their male counterparts.
However, Betty was the one doing the work to fix the car and repair it back to working condition. It's a subtle addition to "Chapter Nineteen: Death Proof," but it's an important one.
Overall, I didn't love this week as much as I loved last week, but I'm still a big fan of the Betty-Hood connection, and I definitely liked seeing more of Cheryl.
The real fun part of this is that now we have to consider the possibility that there are two psychos calling themselves the Black Hood out there who each have totally different motivations. It really complicates this investigation!
