The series centers on an emotionally troubled young woman who returns to the Hamptons, where she holidayed as a child, with a new name makes it her mission to exact revenge against the people who wronged her father.
Revenge gambles that we'll want to watch a good vengeance drama even when it turns out to be a grim process where in the end it doesn't seem like anybody is going to feel very good.
