Much to Victoria Grayson's chagrin, Declan has a special relationship with Charlotte Grayson.Declan is envious of the money and opportunity his wealthy friends have and is, at times, bitter and ungrateful about his family situation. He wants more for his family and is frustrated that his father isn't more ambitious. But he is extremely loyal to his father and brother. He often acts before he thinks and his short-temperedness can get him into trouble.
