The sixth season completes a new series of powerful events, with Frasier entering a serious turn when dealing with the loss of his job in that period. Fraiser moves into the five traditional phases of deprivation, anger, compromise, sadness and acceptance, but it may face completely unexpected results.
It's wildly funny stuff -- as funny a half-hour of television as you'll find anywhere. And funnier than 99 percent of the theatrical comedies you could spend your hard-earned money to go see.
