The difficult events in Babel 5 continue in a fourth season full of surprises. Sheridan was able to get the Vorlons and Shadows in one sector, where they do not attack each other directly. Hu and DeLine are leading a fleet to the sector where the source of the conflict is finally revealed. This is the end of the shadow war. The land is preparing to close Babylon 5.
The fourth season of Babylon 5 aims for competence and consistency more than any of the other seasons, and it relies on getting the symbolism of the massive events of the season right to have any power, and dammit, those things do have power.
