At the tail end of the Cold War, retired CIA agent Matt Hunter is forced back into the business when a devious Russian terrorist named gathers a group to begin a series of terrorist acts to destabilize and subvert USA.
Even though Mr. Norris collaborated on the screenplay and helped to choose the director (Joseph Zito), the movie treats him as if it wanted to prove that he has absolutely no future on the screen.
