One of the best things about Zorro was its decision to mimic the antiquated matinee serial style that was waning toward the start of the '60s... the show guaranteed to have audiences coming back each week for another exciting chapter in the tale.
Disney spent a ton of money... as a weekly production, it looks better than a lot of modern shows. Matte paintings, major stunt sequences, tons of extras, expert swordfighting... the show has it all, week after week.
