The life of Melinda Monroe, a young smart nurse, who does her best and searches for a job to earn her livings, has been turned upside down, when she has a job in a distant place in California, Virgin River, where incidents come to challenge her, as she finds out that people are not such simple she thinks them to be.
If you sometimes tune into feel-good Hallmark shows to just switch off and feel cozy for a little while, Virgin River will help you do that. It's well-acted and well-written for this kind of show.
