The fourth season begins as Eleanor takes over as architect and tries to take some concrete action. In the meantime, the group tries to experience the ideal by adapting to the challenges they face. These challenges start when four new neighborhood tests live under their supervision, which is surprising.
The Good Place didn't have to follow this through to the very end. But it did. Because it knows that an end is what we need...a real end, not simply the end of a frame.
