Scott and friends begin senior year, as they start to look to the future, and maybe life without each other. However outside forces are planning to break up the pack permanently. Scott faces his biggest threat yet, as new villains use both science and the supernatural in order to execute.
It built in suspense, created a sense of doom without having to tell us how scary it was, and in the midst of all of that, played into the version of Stiles we know.
