The film covers the story of the action and adventure of retired agent Matt Helm in order to prevent a sinister organization from detonating an atomic bomb over the United States. Matt plans to regain course of affairs, prevent these gangs from detonating the bomb, and start the Third World War that is changing the course of the world.
