The series follows a series of historical events that come based on the plays of William Shakespeare in history, which includes 'Henriad' and others. It talks about Richard II, King Henry IV Part I, King Henry IV Part II and King Henry V. In this series, there will be a different framework about power struggles, family struggles, penance, and betrayal in a continuous period of British history, from the end of the fourteenth century to the Battle of Agincourt that changed the course of history.
Thea Sharrock's "Henry V" is a terrific Shakespearean production, not just because of the stellar acting and dazzling visuals, but because Sharrock finds a way to make sense of and unify all the scenes in the play.
