The third season begins when all deputies have had a favorite recruiter at this point but the new addition to the strength will definitely be different. It appears that the presenter of the children's program, Reading Ron, is bringing his photography crew to the Renault Sheriffs department to learn more powerful surprises. In these moments, Reading Ron goes on a cruise and embarks on new missions.
Though the third season fell victim to an incredibly mediocre premiere, it quickly rebounded to deliver an excellent junior effort complete with hilarious cast performances and more than a few classic episodes.
Nothing is too preposterous or offensive for the creators of Reno 911, and as a result watching the series quickly becomes akin to being glued to the latest manipulative FOX reality fare-except, you know, funnier.
On screen, Reno's finest are freed. Behind the scenes, however, lurks a more insidious threat: the Reno 911! creators' increasing exhaustion and boredom.
Reno 911! starts off sluggish, but if the July 5 episode is indicative of what's to come, the series should continue to be good for some summer laughs.
