The third season begins with a new series of powerful comedies. When he goes to his father's funeral, Gambi leaves me to become a manager for a day. Russell is throwing a big birthday party for himself, but a secret from his past may hinder his relationship with Christine. On the other hand, a plot to subvert a standardized test threatens Russell's job as Gamby is caught in the middle.
Vice Principals never tips its hand as to how you should feel about its central characters. Instead, it insists you understand them, before they plunge over the cliff. The show isn't for everyone, but it is, decidedly, for me.
