The fifth season begins again to offer a variety of events and surprises, as Melinda Gordon seems to have a different mission by communicating well with spirits and ghosts who cling to life. These ghosts seem to have a real handicap that prevents them from going beyond the familiar existence we call life. On the other hand, Melinda still completes her interest where she sees and hears spirits and, among other things, a haunted hospital morgue and a radio station broadcasting a satirical comedy full of ghosts.
I feel like they cheated and instead of actual character development, they just jumped five years and since anything can happen in five years, they can write their way out of anything they didn't like previously.
