After the great change that hits the earth and leads to the great shortage of natural food, the only food they have is the Soylent, a young courageous detective, investigates the murder of the president to reveal the horrible secrets.
The film was a typical seventies sci-fi effort, scientifically illiterate and unimaginatively composed.
