The drama series addresses the story of five highly skilled young recruits - Canadian, American, and British. These young people live a different period of their lives and they are trained together in an incredibly secretive training facility on the shores of Lake Ontario incredibly.
Not all the plot twists make sense, and the series dials back the gore to almost magical levels, a bit too much for a show about the brutality of war. Yet "X Company" shows unexpected depth.
