The series deals with the life of a group of masked vigilantes as outlaws. The series reveals the nostalgia of the pioneering graphic novel of the same name. In a short time, the chain was able to try to break its own new ground away from the past.
[It] suffers from the pitfalls of most second episodes while still setting out some incredible setpieces and ideas we'll get to enjoy later in the season.
While the first episode delivered a stunning look at a terrible event in American history to kick things off, this follow-up wants audiences to know Watchmen needs to be appointment television for all who are interested.
