Back to the exciting events of this series which revolves around Bassam and his family, who leaves his country for twenty years ago to decides to return it again and there he forced to stay in his country after the death of his father and to help the new president. In this new season Bassam waits for the penalization after the upheaval which happened.
This project from Gideon Raff and Howard Gordon suddenly exhibits the potential to become a fairly entertaining one, with the disclaimer that the terrain still contains an abundance of storytelling sand traps.
Tyrant may be afraid to follow through with some of its most incendiary plot threads, but season two already feels fully-formed, less of a mirage of ideas and promises like last year and more of an actual, richly realized vision.
