Driving by the problems he faces and the stress he has to work under it, Tony Soprano, a manager at New Jercy, who struggles against solving the problems of the work inside his home, but with the increasing in these problems, he feels himself is about to lose his consciousness, so he decided to visit a therapist, in order to manage to do his job, the thing that makes him struggle as he wants to keep his treatment in secret, for saving his position.
