It's a perfectly fitting return for the character and is indicative of the remake as a whole -- a revival that, if not breaking the mold, at least does a good job of recreating it.
Following a terrific debut episode, which easily hooks older fans, the series-proper seems to have much younger viewers at heart... There's certainly something in here for everyone to enjoy, but older viewers may want to temper expectations.
