The second season reveals new dramatic events, as Margaret decided to persuade Lucille to host a gala dinner to celebrate Jacob's return. During that ceremony, the unexpected guests seem to be straining relations again with the Langston family and pushing them to the breaking point. In those moments, Bellamy continues to search for the history of those mysterious bones that were uncovered in the river during mysterious circumstances.
[It] gradually spiraled out of control and now returns seemingly desperate to hit the reset button. Yet the latest contortions don't work, suggesting this is one of those concepts tailor-made to a limited series.
Not only expands on the mystery and intrigue of Season One without alienating viewers hungry for answers, but seamlessly introduces new plotlines and threads.
As ever, this was an intriguing episode that raised as many questions as it answered, but in a good way. "Resurrection" sort of plays like an oddball mix of elements of Lost, Under the Dome and a more intellectual take on zombie flicks/shows.
