Season 2 completes new events by defeating Darken Rahl. Things turn out to be a bad path, causing a rupture in the veil that separates the living world from the underworld. This allows the vice guard to wage war on the living in a wave of anger.
Legend of the Seeker's season long epic quest may have bogged down in the middle and had a somewhat corny ending... but in the end it was a fun action adventure show with great characters and it will be missed.
