In this family series inspired by the animal house, three new students are witnessing college life for the first time. These new students go through a distinguished stage in their lives together by searching for different assignments. This project is the brainchild of Chris Romano and Eric Falconer, and there are various forces that reflect the course of events.
FX has enjoyed some recent success with crude comedy, but "Blue Mountain" embraces that aspect of Spike's mandate over all else - putting the bodily function/semi-nudity cart before the sitcom horse.
