A dramatic-exciting film that follows Abby Johnson, a young woman who works as a Planned Parenthood director in USA. She has made many jobs that proved her efficiency. But this task seems to be different, she is asked to help at an abortion, the thing that makes her think that she is cruel to take the life of an embryo. She begins to fix the troubles that regard to this gestation.
