One day, Pink Panther Diamond is stolen, but there is one thread as evidence of the thief and it is the main sign of the famous jewel thief, The Phantom. In order to reach the thief, Inspector Clouseau is brought up on the case in order to reach a solution where he makes every effort to prove the thief.
