One day, appraiser Rachel (Lindsay Shaw) decided to meet with his distinguished client who wants to buy a popular library in a small town to build a resort and spa in the place of this library. Everyone seems to realize how important this library is to meet Jake, a local writer who tries to convince him of the importance of the library to the small community in which they live. But the arrival of his niece and nephew turns things upside down.
