The film tells about that person called Robocop who is the only one who can do something about what happened from the police towards drug dealers. During a period, Cain, the gang leader, was killed while confronting Robocop, as OCP (the company that runs the police) enters a new challenge in order to turn him into Robocop 2. Murphy is fighting a new battle to confront him again, because Cain is trying to take revenge.
This ultraviolent, nihilistic sequel has enough technical dazzle to impress hardware fans, but obviously no one in the Orion front office told filmmakers that less is more.
