Billy is a young guy who moved from his home in attempt to find work in somewhere else. After many years, he decided to get back to his hometown where he does not find any thing but bad news, as his friends from the high school have left their homes. Also his ex girlfriend is dating an outcast guy.
"Murder" remains rich with absurdity, humiliations, and bad decisions, with surges of physical comedy and effective improvisation keeping the viewing experience compelling.
It's obvious on screen everyone had fun making the film, and the chemistry between [Doug] Mand and [Adam] Pally - long-time Upright Citizen Brigade collaborators - and [Rachel] Bloom (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), make it a joy to watch.
...manages to be weird and silly and creepy in all the right places, and is simply a good time that will keep you guessing just as much as it has you laughing.
Most Likely to Murder is an enjoyable watch, blending qualities from both the comedy and thriller genres in a way that takes you on a fun ride, and possibly makes you even consider your own high school superlatives.
Most Likely to Murder may not reinvent the wheel of holiday films, but its subversion of the genre, especially its willingness to fully indict and satirize its own protagonist, gives us ample reason to invest interest in the future of Gregor's filmography
