It's the story of a man named Tim trying to take revenge by running a campaign to overthrow San Bernardino County attorney. Over time, Tim seems to have a motivation of ego and ignorance as he tries to overcome the lack of experience and money. Tim tries to reach his goal through personal communication with unsuspecting voters.
