Reverend Deke O'Malley is in the midst of numerous plots for theft and fraud largely. It seems that the American residents of Harlem are not the first people to fall victim as this priest tries to convince them that small donations will secure plots of land in Africa. Policemen appear Gravedigger and Coffin in order to uncover this dangerous hoax while they know everything about Deke and his fraudulent schemes.
