The film is directed by Lonny Price. It is about the story of five couples and their friend that makes you understand more and more the important meaning of a relationship.
"Company" feels as magical as theater often does while you're in the midst of watching it. It's only upon reflection and by comparison to other musicals that it tends to suffer.
This version...won't be remembered as a major one-it's too faithful and too wobbly for that-but it's an entertaining novelty version, largely justified by the casting and Gemignani's slavish devotion to the original Broadway orchestrations. [Blu-ray]
