After they got married, Rachel and Sam are going to stay at a hotel accompanying their puppies Chloe and Papi and the others. In this third part, Papi feels that her daughter Rosa needs a motivation and encouragement as she feels that she is worthless so Papi does his best to help her and make the best of her.

If you liked "Beverly Hills Chihuahua," you'll like this second sequel more than the first. It felt like the filmmakers just tried harder this time around, and that's something I appreciate . . . even in furry fluff like this.
It's not high art, but the wee ones should get a charge out of Papi and Company's return to the small screen, while parents won't feel battered by relentless stupidity.
