Adam Loule, a writer, is starting to struggle to find what he wants. Adam tries to fight to end his last attempt in his novel he writes, but he falls in love with a smart, beautiful woman named Emma. Adam tries to understand what is happening to him in his world and decides whether his true love is in this world or the other world.
A few moments work very nicely, and Taylor and Scrofano have a zippy chemistry that makes it a pleasure just to watch them sit and talk together. But Sabbagh's script runs out of ideas about an hour in.
