Toshiko Sato's is a computer and technical genius for Torchwood, she creates, improves, translates, and analyses countless tools and technologies for Torchwood as well as studying alien technology and languages.Commonly known as Tosh, she first appears in the first season Doctor Who episode, The Aliens of London.
