The series tells of a strong drama we live through the story of a former criminal returning to his home in Orville, where there are many secrets uncovered in that town. This series begins with many investigations with these strange populations in those areas. The investigation reveals the existence of half a human being called the Tidelanders which may turn things to another turn.
