The third season presents a new series of comedies, where Fran seems to have recently been dating a rich and handsome Jewish doctor named Julius Kemble. It looks like it will be only two weeks later, when he is asked to marry. On the other hand, there is some skepticism on this subject, but Fran accepts it after Sylvia paid it. In those two, when they go out to buy the ring of Fran, Julius disappears and takes the unexpectedly expensive ring with him.
The third season of the show might very well be its best, partly because it was when the show finally found its voice and realized that it should go all out.
