Louisa (Andrea Torres) is a single mom who will go above and beyond for her sick son, even deciding to settle with Alfredo (Robert Arevalo) for convenience; in return, she promises to become a loyal and dutiful wife. Their marriage bears consequences involving Alfred's daughter Stella (Jaclyn Jose), his grandchildren Allison (Ina Raymundo) and Jared (Sid Lucero), and the father of Louisa's son (Mike Tan).
