It is a comedy series that embodies the path of a woman working for an insurance company. It seems that this woman is fed up with many superheroes as she faces a bad path in front of them as they live in her city in this one-camera comedy.
While I'm a little worried that Powerless will repeat jokes, I'm more hopeful that the world of superheroes will just become background to a clever workplace comedy.
It's a familiar set-up that doesn't offer big enough laughs the first time out, but succeeds in demonstrating its potential... to be a traditional workplace comedy set within the confines of a comic book universe.
Funny idea that doesn't quite attain the level of "funny show," but a good cast along with a few good lines indicate this superhero sendup will eventually get there.
