The eighth season deals with a series of powerful events and surprises, as Bethany seems to have two daughters who are in constant fear because their mother is addicted to food. Once Bethany became so big, she seemed to be so big that she could no longer work. Now, she runs the risk of losing her life, as Bethany works to lose weight if Dr. Now can't help her.
