The 20th season begins with more powerful events, as the group tries to embark on a powerful mission by reaching heroin hop in Philadelphia and meeting Nicole, a 39-year-old heroin addict. The woman apparently lived in the area for five years and became a big addict. Over time; there is another woman, Janine, the addicted 22-year-old woman whose father died of a lethal overdose during that previous period.
