It is a series of challenges faced by the Irish-Caffee brothers of the Irish Americans, who hail from a fictional neighborhood within the domination of the working class. In this series, Tommy Caffe lives on a foundation of success as he is a respected local politician and is a member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives. On the other hand, Michael Caffe is a professional criminal who gets involved with the Irish mob in New England, which made all things intertwine as brothers.
