The film revolves around a Japanese cult sect called the Hades Temple that decided to help in the spiritual destruction of China. This is done by kidnapping their enemies. Children are trained as emperor's killers. Meanwhile, a talented young man who decided to take revenge appears when his brother died, as the biggest killer escapes to China and begins his quest to protect the innocent before it is too late.
