Upon finding out that there a conspiracy held against children in America by the evil witches, by transformation them into rodents, Luke Eveshm, an orphan boy, who by accident reveals the evil conspiracy, the thing that makes him struggle against facing such evil and destroying their plans.
The Witches is a slow-to-get-going but ultimately entertaining yarn about a nasty coven conspiring to turn Britain's entire populace of single-digiters into mice.
